The Secret Village Coloring Book Review and Give-away!!

We were given the chance to review these beautiful coloring books called The Secret Village by The Thinking Tree. Sarah Janisse Brown also graciously sent me 3 extra books to give-away to some of you!
There are so many details to color!
 
My daughter and I had fun coloring together. It was a great time to talk! Our hands were busy, so she felt more comfortable opening up.

Some of the pages are simple, which is great if you only have a few minutes to color.


The pages are blank on one side. This is wonderful if you want to use markers or gel pen - no bleeding through! We used Crayola markers, which worked beautifully.
 
The verdict? These coloring books are amazing! My daughters thought they were so much fun to color, and I find it so relaxing to sit and color the intricate details. The pictures are so fun! This would make a wonderful Christmas gift for the child {or adult!} who loves to color.

    We love coloring. We often use coloring to help occupy our hands while listening to audio books. These look beautiful.

    I would LOVE to win a copy of this beautiful coloring book with detailed images to color. I am sure Alyssa will also adore the woodland creatures - she's such an animal lover. I would definitely use them with my daughter during our couch conversations. This may help us both relax a little more when discussing difficult topics. Thank you for the opportunity!

    How fun would it be to sit at the table an colour with the kids? I could put my drawer of pens and pencils to good use now that I don't have the time nor space for scrapbooking. A little colouring would do me good to feel creative once more.
